The first step to homeownership is to attend our free Orientation for First Time Homebuyers live webinar. The Orientation will provide information regarding the steps to homeownership including, affordability, the importance of credit, available grants and the mortgage lending process.

Once you attend an Orientation, you will have the opportunity to set up a one-on-one mortgage counseling appointment with one of our certified mortgage counselors.

As our office is currently closed to the public, all Orientations and Counseling sessions are provide via Zoom, until further notice.

Appointments for one-on-one mortgage counseling are available Monday to Friday and generally take one to two hours. We offer language assistance including translation and/or oral interpretation services.

We are currently running Orientation sessions every 3rd Friday of the month, via Zoom. The sessions are capped at a maximum of 125 registrants.
