Participants can choose the educational format that best meets their needs. Our virtual Homeowner Success Series consists of five engaging 90-minute sessions led by experienced housing and financial professionals from our network of partner agencies and financial institutions. Participants may also opt to complete eHome America’s HUD-approved 8-hour online Homebuyer Education Course at their own pace.

That is why every participant is connected with a HUD-certified housing counselor from one of our partner agencies. These trusted advisors provide personalized guidance to help individuals and families understand their options, strengthen their financial readiness, and build a foundation for sustainable homeownership.
