 homebuyers get affordable mortgage financing over the past three decades.
 \n\nThe first step to homeownership is to attend our free Orientation for 
 First Time Homebuyers live webinar. The Orientation will provide informati
 on regarding the steps to homeownership including\, affordability\, the im
 portance of credit\, available grants and the mortgage lending process.\n
 \nOnce you attend an Orientation\, you will have the opportunity to set up
  a one-on-one mortgage counseling appointment with one of our certified mo
 rtgage counselors.\n\nFirst Time Homebuyer image\nAs our office is current
 ly closed to the public\, all Orientations and Counseling sessions are pro
 vide via Zoom\, until further notice.\n\nAppointments for one-on-one mortg
 age counseling are available Monday to Friday and generally take one to tw
 o hours. We offer language assistance including translation and/or oral in
 terpretation services.\n\nWe are currently running Orientation sessions ev
 ery 3rd Friday of the month\, via Zoom. The sessions are capped at a maxim
